Deana is the ONLY ATOL Team Member who has been with the company since its inception in 2006. This obviously makes her the longest serving member in our organization! She started when there was 1 casino and a handful of therapists and has been an integral part of our growth to one of the largest casino massage companies in the country!
Deana has done all the big things for us (Therapist, Lead Therapist, Operations, Scheduling, Administration, etc.). In her current role as Human Resources Manager, Deana ensures that ATOL’s roster of massage therapists remains the best in our industry, period! She is responsible for all of our recruiting efforts and oversees the processing of new-hires and current therapists. Most importantly, Deana is here to support our therapists administratively in whatever they need to be ready and able to step on the casino floor and focus 100% on providing the best player massage experience possible!
On October 12, 2018, Deana was inducted into The Order of Twin Hearts – a society of most honorable graduates by merit of exceptional talent, integrity, and compassion in the study and practice of massage therapy.
